No worries! Your tickets are still in our system. There are several ways to get your tickets back.
You can always contact the organizer and ask them to resend your tickets. In each event tab you will find “Contact Organizer”.
You can also sign in to your account at TicketBoss, which is automatically created when you make a purchase. Go to the event page, press “My Tickets” and sign in.
Have you never logged in your account before? Press “Forgot password” and enter the email address you provided at the time of purchase.
It can take up to five business days before the money enters your bank account.
Please double-check your bank statement. You can also check the date of your ticket purchase as sometimes refunds can be refunded on the date of purchase.
When you make a purchase, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email with your ticket in PDF format attached. To download the tickets, click on the attached PDF file and save it on your computer.
Your tickets are always available on your TicketBoss account under “Tickets” in the menu. Click on “Download Ticket” and save it on your computer.
You can always show your tickets directly on your smartphone.
You can print the ticket if it feels safer or if you are afraid that the battery on your smartphone will not last until the event. Other way you can always show your tickets directly on your smartphone.
Make sure all your card or bank details are correct, it is very common to enter the wrong details.

If none of the above fits your case and there are no error messages from TicketBoss or Payson on the payment page, please contact your bank for further investigation.
Unfortunately, it may sometimes happen that the mail we sent you does not arrive.
First, make sure the mail is not placed the junk folder, this is one of the most common reasons. If it is not there and it has been more than 30 minutes, there are two options:
- If you are already registered with TicketBoss, you can easily sign in and download your ticket.
- You can write an email to the organizer. For each event you will find “Contact Organizer” tab. All organizers can resend the tickets to the same email address you provided at the time of purchase.
Yes, if there is nothing else in the event description. If you can buy more than one ticket for the event, then it is common to have several tickets on same name.
Be sure to check the age limit if included in the event description. If you choose to print tickets, make sure you print all the tickets you have purchased.
Keep in mind the environment, you can always show your tickets on your smartphone. Just do not forget to load it.
