It is always sad when an event is cancelled.
At a cancelled event, the organizer will contact you by email and inform you of your refund.
Has the event been cancelled and you have not received an email? Make sure the email is not placed in the junk folder. If it is not there, you can always contact the organizer. In each event you will find “Contact Organizer” tab.
*Double-check your bank statement. You can also check the date of your ticket purchase as sometimes refunds can be refunded on the date of purchase.
*It can take up to five business days before the money enters your bank account.
